I put Dr. Scholl’s For Her High Heel Insoles in a pair peep toed Via
Spiga pumps that I wore for a wedding. To insert into your shoes, just remove the clear backing and place inside your shoes. line up the
heel of the insole with the heel of the shoe and lining up the raised arch with
the inner edge of the shoe. I felt the gel support instantly and you couldn't even see the inserts with the cutout sides or peep toe designs in the
shoe. It almost felt as if I was walking on clouds.
I felt that the using the Dr. Scholl’s For Her High Heel Insoles made my high heel shoes more comfortable and resulted in significantly less foot pain. In fact I never wore the a pair of flats that I took with me to the wedding.
