Three Games = Fun and Learning

    As soon as I set out Korable Block on the table, the children were mesmerized by them.  After carefully examining each side they were ready to play.  We came up with three games with the blocks.  

1.  Each child grabbed 2 blocks and rolled them as dice. We then searched through the “guide book” for the corresponding word that it represents and pronounced the Korean word.
2. One child picked a word from the “guide book” and the other child had to duplicate the picture using the blocks. Again we all said the word in Korean.
3. I made a word using the blocks and had the children find it in the “guide book” and then say the Korean word.  

Conclusion 

      My child was very disappointed when his cousin had to go home and took Korean Block with him. Joey was adopted from Korea 3 years ago, when he was only 10 months old. Our family has been learning about the Korean culture so it will always be a part of Joey’s life.
       His parents have reported that because of the frequent "play" with the Korable Block, Joey has learned to identify most of the Korean alphabet and words and so have they. They were originally intimidated with the Korean language but because of Korable blocks they feel more comfortable and eager to expand their knowledge.  

       My review was done with children ages 4-6 years old and I was learning Korean words and symbols with them. Korean block is a perfect learning tool to for adopted children, Korean- American families, or any family looking to expand their language skills. Korean block can be used in a school, home school, or Montessori school setting with children of a variety of ages. My Review

My family was able to sample all three delicious YZ flavors Raspberry Green Tea, Orange Mango Pineapple, and Lemon Ginger. I performed my own version of "blind taste test" with 6 people, ages ranged from preschool to senior citizen. Without any knowledge of flavors, health benefits, etc I listed to their comments and opinions. Here is what I found:

• We all loved the bubbles and found that each flavor was light and refreshing. 
• Everyone who drank YZ beverages would drink them again and plan to purchase them in the future (adult participants). 
• Most adult participants live, work, or travels regularly near a store that sells YZ and have plans to buy a box there. 
• The group enjoyed all three flavors but Orange Mango Pineapple was the overall favorite especially among the younger tasters. 

Raspberry Green Tea taste like a "summertime iced tea". It contains pomegranate, acai, elderberry, and green tea extracts. Besides aiding in hydration, it's health benefit is antioxidant: reduces oxidative stress and fights free radicals. Only 20 calories per 8oz serving. 

Orange Mango Pineapple taste like a "tropical punch". It is infused with vitamins C and E, contains elderberry, and grapeseed extracts. This hydrating beverage boosts your immune system with only 20 calories per 8oz serving.

Michael Phelps Shows Off Another Trophy, New Girlfriend Megan Rossee

Maybe you really can have it all...

       After winning his 22nd swimming Olympic metal this week, Michael Phelps showed off another trophy. "Mystery Blond" Megan Rossee accompanied Phelps to the Speedo event in London on Monday evening. Rossee, a 25-year-old model and cocktail waitress has been showing her support for her man via twitter throughout these Olympic games. The two have been allegedly dating for 5 months but may have kept their relationship tight-lipped because of the Olympics. 

       Rossee's personal website meganrossee.com crashed from the volume of visitors seeking to check out the "First Lady of American Swimming" as some now call her. Below are some of her modeling pictures, from that site, that I found on yahoo.

       Michael Phelps is seen as a superhero of the swimming pool, so it is quite fitting that he has a beauty on his side such as Megan Rossee. So congratulations Michael Phelps on all of your beautiful trophies! Best of luck to your future!
