Jessica Simpson Poses Nude &
Very Pregnant for Aprils Cover of Elle Magazine.

Mirroring Demi Moore's famous Vanity Fair cover, Jessica Simpson barely covers her jewels wearing only jewelry. The soon to be mother and host of the Fashion Star also reveals the sex of her baby with fiancé Eric Johnson, it's a girl. Simpson due this spring, looks absolutely gorgeous and radiant.
If I looked this good pregnant, I would pose for a photo like this. What do you think?

Read the full interview in Elle's April issue on newsstands March 20!
For additional pictures and behind the scenes information:
(Pictured above)Simpson wears only yellow sapphire and diamond earrings and a yellow sapphire ring with peridot, turquoise, sapphires, and diamonds from Van Cleef & Arpels.

  1. My sister did it and looked gorgeous...but I am not so much for posing nude. I just don't have a friend to take the pics all artsy like and make me NOT feel like a woman playing "actress"! LOL! She looks great, JS, I mean. Of course we will never know if it i makeup or all natural.....oh, wth, I love her!

  3. She looks amazing! When I was that pregnant, there was no way I would let my hubby near me (naked) with a camera. ahem... either one of us! Lol!

  4. I am not really fond of nude pics. :/ I know beyond a shadow of a doubt she's been Photoshop'ed, although she does have a nice shape I am sure. ;)

For me, I don't want the world to see me nude, regardless of how good I would look or not, that's reserved for my husband. :)

  9. I always think of Jessica Simpson as a beautiful Barbie Doll, which now makes me wonder if they ever made a pregnant Barbie. I bet she'd still have small hips and her boobs would be the same size. :)

  10. It's a great picture, but I'm sure she got help from an airbrush and some photoshop.

  11. I tend to disagree, why pose naked to show that you're pregnant. By the way, this is not art. And consider what your child is going to say when he/she sees that picture. Or how it affects other women that don't look this good when pregnant. Too bad we don't consider the many people it can affect in the future.

  12. It's a shame that this was probably photoshopped. I think she's a beautiful woman but unfortunately even beautiful women aren't considered "good enough" for media. Thanks for sharing. Hopping over from the Jade Louise Alexa Hop! :)

  13. Airbrush or no, I think anytime a pregnant woman's body is celebrated is cause for celebration. The fact that she is comfortable enough with her body to do this is wonderful during a time when women can feel most insecure. Best wishes to her and her new family.

  14. It's nice to see someone proud of their baby and how it changes their body! And yes, even if the pic was touched up here and there, that's fine by me--better than touching up a skinny model and flashing that in front of us and our families!

  15. I think she looks stunning! Wish I had the guts to do it - but if I did, you wouldn't find it on my blog, on a magazine cover or anywhere except my bedroom!

  16. Well, my first thought was 'We've come a long way, baby'. Currently I'm teaching American history of the 1800s, and boy have things changed! I am glad that women are empowered and have the opportunities to do WHATEVER they want!

  17. She looks absolutely amazing! I love that she had this picture taken. I remember hearing an interview with Demi Moore after she had her kids where she said she was proud of her post-baby body, and her quote on stretch marks - "Hey, I earn't those!" - is something I've always remembered. I hope Jessica, above, feels the same way after her baby arrives:)
    Thanks for sharing,
    Kristina :)

  18. Jessica really looks beautiful... however, I can't help but think that there was a little bit of "air brushing" going on here! ;) Blessings!
